Yoga programs: morning and evening practice, meditation, cooking by ourselves based on the seasonal ayurvedic suggestions, 1 workshop on the Power of Breath (FreshUp Yoga©), 1 trip to the mountains
Included: yoga programs, full or half-board depeneding on the daily program, accommodation, 4 days 3 nights
Who are welcome? Everybody that is interested in yoga no matter if you are new or a regular praticioner. Get your personal experience on autumn yoga methods. I will support you to find your balance.
